Service of Notice of Motor Carrier Applications

 The following temporary authority and/or permanent authority applications for the right to render service as a common carrier or contract carrier in this Commonwealth have been filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (Commission). Formal protests and petitions to intervene must be filed in accordance with 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities). A protest shall indicate whether it applies to the temporary authority application, the permanent authority application, or both. Filings must be made with the Secretary, Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, P. O. Box 3265, Harrisburg, PA 17105-3265, with a copy served on the applicant by March 24, 2014. Documents filed in support of the applications are available for inspection and copying at the Office of the Secretary between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, and at the business address of the respective applicant.

Applications of the following for approval to begin operating as common carriers for transportation of persons as described under each application.

A-2013-2396249. Dynasty Limousine Service, Inc. (101 Martins Corner Road, Coatesville, Chester County, PA 19320) for the right to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, persons in group and party service, in vehicles seating 11 to 15 passengers, including the driver, from points in the Counties of Chester, Delaware, Lancaster and Montgomery to points in Pennsylvania, and return; and from the City and County of Philadelphia, to points in the Counties of Chester, Delaware, Lancaster and Montgomery, and return.

A-2013-2398373. Mervin Peachey, t/a Peachey Transportation (2913 Academia Road, Mifflin, Juniata County, PA 17058) for the right to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, persons in paratransit service, from points in Juniata County, to points in Pennsylvania, and return.

A-2014-2400415.—Corrected. Infotech Consulting Services, Inc., t/a Friendly Services (2554 Creek Road, Langhorne, PA 19053) for the right to begin to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, persons in group and party service, in vehicles seating 11 to 15 passengers, including the driver, from the City of Philadelphia to points in Pennsylvania and return, excluding areas under the jurisdiction of the Philadelphia Parking Authority.

A-2014-2401251. Louis Degennaro and Mary C. Hudson Vezos, t/a Carlisle Car Service (461 Bloserville Road, Newville, PA 17241) persons upon call or demand, in the Borough of Carlisle, Cumberland County.

Application of the following for approval to begin operating as a broker for transportation of persons as described under the application.

A-2013-2394408. Laurie L Laughner, t/a Laurie Laughner Travel Consultant (94 Old Country Club Road, Ridgway, Elk County, PA 15853) for a brokerage license, evidencing the Commission's approval of the beginning of the right and privilege to operate as a broker to arrange for the transportation of persons, between points in Pennsylvania.

Application of the following for the approval of the transfer of stock as described under the application.

A-2013-2392749. Crown Limousine, Inc. (15 Joshua Drive, Richboro, Bucks County, PA 18954) for the approval of the transfer of 500 shares of the issued and outstanding stock, from Itzhak Michalashuili to Israel Ziano.
