Service of Notice of Motor Carrier Applications

 The following temporary authority and/or permanent authority applications for the right to render service as a common carrier or contract carrier in this Commonwealth have been filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission. Formal protests and petitions to intervene must be filed in accordance with 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities). A protest shall indicate whether it applies to the temporary authority application, the permanent authority application, or both. Filings must be made with the Secretary, Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, P. O. Box 3265, Harrisburg, PA 17105-3265, with a copy served on the applicant by May 12, 2014. Documents filed in support of the applications are available for inspection and copying at the Office of the Secretary between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, and at the business address of the respective applicant.

Applications of the following for approval to begin operating as common carriers for transportation of persons as described under each application.

A-2014-2409586. Saucon Valley Car Service, LLC, t/a Saucon Valley Car Service (3689 Fire Lane, Bethlehem, PA 18036) for the right to begin to transport as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, persons in group and party service in vehicles seating 11 to 15 passengers, including the driver, between points in Lehigh and Northampton Counties.

A-2014-2411444. Lakisha Murphy (1432 Robbins Street, Philadelphia, PA 19149) for the right to begin to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, persons in paratransit service from points in the City and County of Philadelphia to all county, State and Federal correctional facilities located in Pennsylvania, and return.

A-2014-2416127. Rasier-PA, LLC (182 Howard Street #8, San Francisco, CA 94105)—a limited liability company of the State of Delaware—for the right to begin to transport, by motor vehicle, persons in the experimental service of shared-ride network for passenger trips between points in Allegheny County. (Attorney: Karen O Moury, 409 North Second Street, Suite 500, Harrisburg, PA 17101-1357.)

Applications of the following for approval of the additional right and privilege of operating motor vehicles as common carriers for transportation of persons as described under each application.

A-2014-2409616. Saucon Valley Car Service, LLC, t/a Saucon Valley Car Service (3689 Fire Lane, Bethlehem, PA 18036) for the additional right to begin to transport as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, persons in airport transfer service from points in Lehigh County to the Lehigh Valley International Airport.

A-2014-2409631. Saucon Valley Car Service, LLC, t/a Saucon Valley Car Service (3689 Fire Lane, Bethlehem, PA 18036) for the additional right to begin to transport as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, persons in limousine service from points in the Counties of Lehigh and Northampton to points in Pennsylvania and return.

Application of the following for approval to begin operating as contract carriers for transportation of persons as described under the application.

A-2014-2408145. Corrected Corporate Enterprise Solutions, LLC (2412 North Douglas Street, Philadelphia, PA 19132) for the right to begin to transport, as a contract carrier, by motor vehicle, persons for Broad Wellness Chiropractic Center between points in the County of Philadelphia.

Applications of the following for the approval of the right and privilege to discontinue/abandon operating as common carriers by motor vehicle and for cancellation of the certificate of public convenience as described under each application.

A-2014-2405387. Laurin Fegley (1524 Linden Street, Allentown, Lehigh County, PA 18102) for the discontinuance of service and cancellation of his certificate, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, at A-00121178, authorizing the transportation of persons in limousine service, from points in the Counties of Lehigh, Bucks, Berks, Montgomery, Monroe, Carbon and Northampton, to points in Pennsylvania, and return.

A-2014-2411389. Q Limousine, LLC (432 Spruce Street, West Reading, Berks County, PA 19611) for the discontinuance of service and cancellation of his certificate, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, at A-00123021, authorizing the transportation of persons in limousine service, between points in Berks County, to points in Pennsylvania, and return, excluding service under the jurisdiction of the Philadelphia Parking Authority.

A-2014-2411394. Robert E. Rankin, t/a Robert E. Rankin Transportation Services (9779 State Route 210 North, Smicksburg, Indiana County, PA 16256) for the discontinuance of service and cancellation of its certificate, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, authorizing the transportation of persons, in paratransit service, limited to persons whose personal convictions prevent them from owning or operating motor vehicles, from points in the Counties of Jefferson, Armstrong and Indiana, to points in Pennsylvania, and return.
