Agency Contract Termination of DeAngelo Insurance Group under Act 143; Kemper Preferred Insurance Company; Doc. No. AT14-05-015

 A prereview telephone conference initiated by this office is scheduled for July 10, 2014, at 9:30 a.m. A review of the agency contract termination is scheduled for July 24, 2014, at 9:30 a.m.

 Motions preliminary to those at the review, protests, petitions to intervene or notices of intervention, if any, must be filed on or before July 1, 2014, with the Hearings Administrator, Administrative Hearings Office, Capitol Associates Building, Room 200, 901 North Seventh Street, Harrisburg, PA 17102. Answer to petitions to intervene, if any, shall be filed on or before July 8, 2014.

 On or before July 1, 2014, each party shall file with the Administrative Hearings Office a review statement which shall contain: (1) a comprehensive statement of undisputed facts to be stipulated between the parties; (2) a statement of additional contended facts; (3) names and address of witnesses along with the specialties of experts to be called; (4) a list of documents to be used at the hearing; (5) special evidentiary or other legal issues; and (6) the estimated time for that party's case. Contemporaneously with service of the prereview statement on the opposing party, each party shall supply the other: (1) a copy of any listed document not previously supplied; and (2) a copy of any report generated by an expert witness designated on the prereview statement. Reports subsequently received from a party's expert witness prior to review shall be supplied to the other party within 2 business days. Copies of documents and expert reports need not be filed with the Administrative Hearings Office. A party will be precluded at review from using a document not listed and supplied unless the use was not reasonably foreseeable. Experts may testify only on matters substantially contemplated by reports supplied to the other party in accordance with this paragraph.
