Application for Lease of Right-of-Way

 Under 67 Pa. Code § 495.4(d) (relating to application procedure), an application to lease highway right-of-way has been made to the Department of Transportation by George L. Wilson and Company, Inc., 220 East General Robinson Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15212 seeking to lease highway right-of-way located beneath Ramp A, west of Anderson Street, in the Twenty-Second Ward, City of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County containing 9,512 ± square feet, adjacent to SR 0279 (L.R. 1021, Section 01B) for purposes of storing noncombustible materials.

 Interested persons are invited to submit, within 30 days from the publication of this notice in the Pennsylvania Bulletin, written comments, suggestions or objections regarding the approval of this application to H. Daniel Cessna, PE, District Engineer, Engineering District 11-0, 45 Thoms Run Road, Bridgeville, PA 15017.
