Pennsylvania The Wizard of OzTM Instant Lottery Game; Change to Game Rules; Amended Notice

 Under the State Lottery Law (72 P. S. §§ 3761-101—3761-314) and 61 Pa. Code § 819.203 (relating to notice of instant game rules), the Secretary of Revenue hereby provides public notice of changes to the Pennsylvania The Wizard of OzTM instant lottery game rules that were published at 45 Pa.B. 1465 (March 21, 2015).

 The Pennsylvania Lottery executed a partial reorder comprising an additional 2,880,000 Pennsylvania The Wizard of OzTM tickets. With this increased quantity of tickets, there will also be an additional number of cash prize winners and Entry-doubler Prizes within the Second-Chance Game for The Wizard of OzTM. Also, one additional grand prize second-chance drawing will be added. The correct version of this document is as follows, with ellipses referring to the existing text as it appeared at 45 Pa.B. 1465—1470:

 10. Second-chance drawing: Pennsylvania Lottery's Second-Chance Game for The Wizard of Oz (hereafter, the ''Game'').

 (b) Participation and Entry:

 (3) The entry period for the Game begins after 11:59:59 p.m. March 22, 2015 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. August 27, 2015. All time references are Eastern Prevailing Time.

 (d) Prizes Available to be Won, Determination of Winners, and Odds of Winning.

 (2) When the predetermined ticket file for a Qualifying Ticket entered in the Game indicates that the non-prize-determinative game play shall result in an award of a cash prize, the play sequence will show the player winning a cash prize and receiving the number of entries that were assigned to the Qualifying Ticket entered for the Grand Prize drawing. The following tables set forth the approximate number of cash prize winners for each cash prize, and the approximate odds of winning a cash prize:

 (3) When the predetermined ticket file for a Qualifying Ticket entered in the Game indicates that the non-prize-determinative play sequence shall result in an award of an Entry Doubler, the play sequence will show the player winning the Entry-doubler and receiving double the number of entries equal to the purchase price of the Qualifying Ticket entered for the Grand Prize drawing. The following table sets forth the approximate number of Entry Doublers and the approximate odds of winning an Entry-doubler Prize:

 (4) The Lottery will conduct two Grand Prize Drawings from among all the entries received during the entry period. All The Wizard of OzTM Grand Prize Drawings entries received after 11:59:59 p.m. March 22, 2015, through 11:59:59 p.m. June 11, 2015, will be entered into The Wizard of OzTM Grand Prize Drawing #1. The first entry selected in the Grand Prize Drawing #1 will be the winning entry, and the entrant who submitted the winning entry shall be entitled to a prize of $50,000, less required federal income tax withholding. This prize shall be paid as a lump-sum cash payment. The drawing will occur between June 12, 2015 and June 16, 2015. All The Wizard of OzTM Grand Prize Drawings entries received after 11:59:59 p.m. June 11, 2015, through 11:59:59 p.m. August 27, 2015, will be entered into The Wizard of OzTM Grand Prize Drawing #2. The first entry selected in the Grand Prize Drawing #2 will be the winning entry, and the entrant who submitted the winning entry shall be entitled to a prize of $50,000, less required federal income tax withholding. This prize shall be paid as a lump-sum cash payment. The drawing will occur between August 28, 2015 and September 1, 2015.

 (e) Grand Prize Drawings.

 (1) The odds of winning the Grand Prize Drawings depends upon the number of entries received for the drawing.

 (2) A computer-generated randomizer will be used to select the Grand Prize Drawing winners.

 (3) To be eligible to participate in the Game and Grand Prize Drawings, entrants must have complied with the requirements of these rules.

 (4) The Lottery is not responsible for late, lost or misdirected entries not entered into the Game. The Lottery is not responsible for entries that are not entered into the Game because of incompatible internet browsers, mobile lottery application failure or other technical issues. If a Pennsylvania Lottery's Game entry is selected as a winner and rejected during or following the Grand Prize Drawings, the Lottery will select another entry to replace the rejected entry in accordance with these rules and Lottery procedure.

 (5) A computer generated randomizer will be used to select the winning entry for the Grand Prize Drawings.

 (13) The winners of the Grand Prize Drawings must claim their prize within 1 year of the drawing date in which the prize was won. If no claim is made within 1 year of the date of the drawing in which the prize was won, the right of an entrant to claim the prize won, if any, will expire and the prize money will be paid into the State Lottery Fund and used for purposes provided by statute.
