A-2015-2488903, A-2015-2488904, A-2015-2488905, G-2015-2488906 and G-2015-2488907. Mid-Atlantic Interstate Transmission, LLC (MAIT), Metropolitan Edison Company (MET-ED) and Pennsylvania Electric Company (PENELEC). Joint application of Mid-Atlantic Interstate Transmission, LLC (MAIT), Metropolitan Edison Company (MET-ED) and Pennsylvania Electric Company (PENELEC) for: (1) a certificate of public convenience under 66 Pa.C.S. § 1102(A)(3) (relating to enumeration of acts requiring certificate) authorizing the transfer of certain transmission assets from MET-ED and PENELEC to MAIT; (2) a certificate of public convenience conferring upon MAIT the Status of a Pennsylvania Public Utility under 66 Pa.C.S. § 102 (relating to definitions); and (3) approval of certain affiliated interest agreements under 66 Pa.C.S. § 2102 (relating to approval of contracts with affiliated interests).

 Formal protests and petitions to intervene must be filed in accordance with 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities) on or before August 3, 2015. Filings must be made with the Secretary of the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, P. O. Box 3265, Harrisburg, PA 17105-3265, with a copy served on the applicant. The documents filed in support of the application are available for inspection and copying at the Office of the Secretary between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, on the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission's web site at www.puc.pa.gov and at the applicant's business address.
