Designations and Redesignations of Waters Subject to Special Fishing Regulations

 The Fish and Boat Commission (Commission) designated or redesignated the following streams, stream sections and lakes as waters subject to 58 Pa. Code Chapter 65 (relating to special fishing regulations), effective January 1, 2016:

58 Pa. Code § 65.9. Big Bass Special Regulations

 The Commission added the following waters to its list of ''Big Bass Regulation'' waters regulated and managed under 58 Pa. Code § 65.9:

County Water
Allegheny Marshall Lake
Washington Reservoir Number Two
Westmoreland Indian Lake

58 Pa. Code § 65.11. Panfish Enhancement Special Regulation

 The Commission added the following waters to its list of ''Panfish Enhancement Special Regulation'' waters regulated and managed under 58 Pa. Code § 65.11:

County Water Species
Washington Reservoir Number Two Crappie
Westmoreland Bridgeport Reservoir Crappie and Sunfish
Westmoreland Indian Lake Crappie and Sunfish

 The Commission removed the following water from its list of ''Panfish Enhancement Special Regulation'' waters:

County Water Species
Somerset High Point Lake Yellow Perch

58 Pa. Code § 65.17. Catch and Release Lakes Program

 The Commission added the following waters to its ''Catch and Release Lakes Program'' regulated and managed under 58 Pa. Code § 65.17:

County Water
Centre Colyer Lake
Lancaster Speedwell Forge Lake
Luzerne and Sullivan Lake Jean
Schuylkill Lower Owl Creek Reservoir
 (Note: The Upper Reservoir, which was identified simply as Owl Creek  Reservoir, was previously designated into this program effective January 1,  2007. See 36 Pa.B. 7776 (December 16, 2006).)
