Adoption of Local Rule of Civil Procedure 1910.10*. Alternative Hearing Procedure. Rescission of Local Rule of Civil Procedure 1910.11*. Support Conciliation; No. 2016-00001

Order

And Now, this 26th day of May, 2016, the Court hereby Adopts Montgomery County Local Rule of Civil Procedure 1910.10*. Alternative Hearing Procedure. The Court further Rescinds Montgomery County Local Rule of Civil Procedure 1910.11*. Support Conciliation. These Rule changes shall become effective on July 18, 2016.

 The Court Administrator is directed to publish this Order once in the Montgomery County Law Reporter and in The Legal Intelligencer. In conformity with Pa.R.C.P. 239, one (1) certified copy of this Order shall be filed with the Administrative Office of Pennsylvania Courts. Two (2) certified copies shall be distributed to the Legislative Reference Bureau for publication in the Pennsylvania Bulletin, and one (1) certified copy shall be filed with the Domestic Relations Procedural Rules Committee. One (1) copy shall be filed with the Law Library of Montgomery County, and one (1) copy with each Judge of this Court.

 The Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas adopts the alternative hearing procedure of Pa.R.C.P. No. 1910.12.

Rule 1910.11*. Support Conciliation.
