Service of Notice of Motor Carrier Applications

 The following temporary authority and/or permanent authority applications for the right to render service as a common carrier or contract carrier in this Commonwealth have been filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission. Formal protests and petitions to intervene must be filed in accordance with 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities). A protest shall indicate whether it applies to the temporary authority application, the permanent authority application, or both. Filings must be made with the Secretary, Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, P.O. Box 3265, Harrisburg, PA 17105-3265, with a copy served on the applicant by January 8, 2018. Documents filed in support of the applications are available for inspection and copying at the Office of the Secretary between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, and at the business address of the respective applicant.

Applications of the following for approval to begin operating as common carriers for transportation of persons as described under each application.

A-2017-2633490. Mlaker, LLC (1976 Valley View Drive, Davidsville, Somerset County, PA 15928) persons, in group and party service, in vehicles seating 11 to 15 persons, including the driver, between points in the Counties of Somerset, Cambria, Fayette, Indiana, Bedford, Westmoreland, Green, Washington, Allegheny, Armstrong, Beaver, Butler, Blair and Center.

A-2017-2636268. Robert Reyes, t/a Reyes Transportation (109 East Green Street, West Hazleton, Luzerne County, PA 18202) for the right to transport as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, persons in paratransit service, between points in Luzerne County, within an airline radius of 10 statute miles of the City of Hazleton.

A-2017-2636775. Gutierrez Holdings, LLC, t/a Crimson Cab (680 Ben Franklin Road North, Indiana, Indiana County, PA 15701) for the right to transport as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, persons in paratransit service, between points in the City of Indiana, PA.

Applications of the following for approval of the beginning of the exercise of the right and privilege of operating motor vehicles as common carriers for the transportation of persons by transfer of rights as described under each application.

A-2017-2637806. Aamir Brothers, Inc., t/a Penn-Del Cab (604 Addison Way, Warrington, Bucks County, PA 18976) upon call or demand, between points in the Borough of Lansdowne, Delaware County; in the portion of the Township of Upper Darby, Delaware County, west of and including Lansdowne Avenue; and at the 69th Street terminal in the Township of Upper Darby, Delaware County, which is to be a transfer of all rights authorized under the certificate issued at A-00116499, to Dee Dee Cab, Inc., subject to the same limitations and conditions.
