Medical Marijuana Program; Fees for Second and Subsequent Replacement Identification Cards

 Notice is hereby given, under 28 Pa. Code § 1191.26(c) (relating to application fees), published at 47 Pa.B. 6938 (November 11, 2017), that for 2018, the Department of Health is establishing the following fee schedule for second and subsequent replacement identification cards:

First replacement card—$25

Second replacement identification card—$50

Subsequent replacement identification card—$50

 Interested persons are invited to submit written comments, suggestions or objections regarding this notice to John J.
