A-2019-3009052. Aqua Pennsylvania Wastewater, Inc. Application of Aqua Pennsylvania Wastewater, Inc. (Aqua) under 66 Pa.C.S. §§ 1102 and 1329 (relating to enumeration of acts requiring certificate; and valuation of acquired water and wastewater systems) for: (l) approval of the acquisition by Aqua of the wastewater system assets of the Township of East Norriton, situated within the Township of East Norriton, Montgomery County; (2) approval of the right of Aqua to begin to offer, render, furnish and supply wastewater service to the public in a portion of the Township of East Norriton, Montgomery County, excluding the Burnside Reserve subdivision; and (3) an order approving the acquisition that includes the ratemaking rate base of the Township of East Norriton wastewater system assets under 66 Pa.C.S. § 1329(c)(2).

 Formal protests and petitions to intervene must be filed in accordance with 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities) on or before January 6, 2020. Filings must be made with the Secretary of the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, 400 North Street, 2nd Floor, Harrisburg, PA 17120, with a copy served on the applicant. The documents filed in support of the application are available for inspection and copying at the Office of the Secretary between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, on the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission's web site at www.puc.pa.gov and at the applicant's business address.
