Acquisition of Used or Useful Property from an Affiliated Interest

A-2021-3025080 and G-2021-3025092. PECO Energy Company. Application of PECO Energy Company for approval of the acquisition of used or useful property (the Chester and Delaware Tap Substations) from an affiliated interest (Exelon Generation Company).

 Formal protests and petitions to intervene must be filed in accordance with 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities) on or before May 3, 2021. Filings must be made with the Secretary of the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, 400 North Street, 2nd Floor, Harrisburg, PA 17120, with a copy served on the applicant. The documents filed in support of the application are available only online for inspection and copying on the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission's (Commission) web site at www.puc.pa.gov and at the applicant's business address. In accordance with the Commission's Emergency Order at M-2020-3019262, all parties participating in matters pending before the Commission are required to eFile their submissions by opening an eFiling account—free of charge—through the Commission's web site and accepting eService.
