Finding; Telephonic Prehearing Conference

P-2022-3032356. Duquesne Light Company. Petition of Duquesne Light Company for finding that an electrical equipment building at the proposed Watson Substation in Allegheny County is reasonably necessary for the convenience or welfare of the public.

 Formal protests and petitions to intervene must be filed in accordance with 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities) on or before June 6, 2022. Filings must be made with the Secretary of the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, 400 North Street, Harrisburg, PA 17120, with a copy served on the applicant. The documents filed in support of the petition are available for inspection at the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission's (Commission) web site at www.puc.pa.gov and at the applicant's business web site at www.duquesnelight.com.
