 The Legislative Reference Bureau (Bureau) accepted the following documents during the preceding calendar month for filing without publication under 1 Pa. Code § 3.13(b) (relating to contents of Bulletin). The Bureau will continue to publish on a monthly basis either a summary table identifying the documents accepted during the preceding calendar month under this subsection or a statement that no documents have been received.  Resolution No. CB-22-041, Dated August 17, 2022. Authorizes a side letter between the Commonwealth and SEIU-Local 668 that reschedules the October 2022 general pay increase and January 2023 increment to August 2022.

 Resolution No. CB-22-042, Dated August 17, 2022. Authorizes a side letter between the Commonwealth and SEIU-Local 668, UC Referees Unit, that reschedules the October 2022 general pay increase and January 2023 increment to August 2022.

 Resolution No. CB-22-043, Dated August 17, 2022. Authorizes a side letter between the Commonwealth and FOSCEP that reschedules the October 2022 general pay increase and January 2023 increment to August 2022.

 Resolution No. CB-22-044, Dated August 17, 2022. Authorizes a side letter between the Commonwealth and OPEIU that reschedules the October 2022 general pay increase and January 2023 increment to August 2022.

 Resolution No. CB-22-045, Dated August 17, 2022. Authorizes a side letter between the Commonwealth and PSTA that reschedules the October 2023 general pay increase to July 2023 and the annual service and longevity increment in Fiscal Year 2022-2023 to be effective no later than August 13, 2022.

 Resolution No. CB-22-046, Dated August 17, 2022. Authorizes a side letter between the Commonwealth and ALES that reschedules the October 2022 general pay increase and January 2023 increment to August 2022.

 Resolution No. CB-22-047, Dated August 17, 2022. Authorizes a side letter between the Commonwealth and UGSOA that reschedules the October 2022 general pay increase and January 2023 increment to August 2022.

 Resolution No. CB-22-048, Dated August 17, 2022. Authorizes a side letter between the Commonwealth and FOP-Lodge # 85 (Capitol Police) that reschedules the October 2022 general pay increase and the annual service and longevity increments in Fiscal Year 2022-2023 to August 2022.

 Resolution No. CB-22-049, Dated August 17, 2022. Authorizes a side letter between the Commonwealth and FOP-Lodge No. 114 (Game Commission) that reschedules the July 2023 general pay increase to April 2023 and the January 2023 longevity increment to August 2022.

 Resolution No. CB-22-050, Dated August 17, 2022. Authorizes a side letter between the Commonwealth and SEIU-HCPA that reschedules the October 2022 general pay increase and January 2023 increment to August 2022.

 Resolution No. CB-22-051, Dated August 17, 2022. Authorizes a side letter between the Commonwealth and PDA that reschedules the October 2022 and January 2023 general pay increases to August 2022.

 Resolution No. CB-22-055, Dated August 29, 2022. Authorizes a side letter between the Commonwealth and PLEA that reschedules the October 2022 general pay increase and January 2023 increment to August 2022.

 Resolution No. CB-22-056, Dated August 29, 2022. Authorizes a side letter between the Commonwealth and AFSCME that reschedules the October 2022 general pay increase and January 2023 increment to August 2022 for employees within the Pennsylvania Game Commission and Fish and Boat Commission.

 Resolution No. CB-22-057, Dated August 29, 2022. Authorizes the labor agreement between the Commonwealth and Pa. State Rangers Association (PSRA) effective 7/1/2021 through 6/30/2024.

 Resolution No. CB-22-058, Dated August 29, 2022. Authorizes a side letter with the PA State Rangers Association (PSRA) to expedite the general pay increase and annual increment.
