Recovery of Purchased Gas Costs; Doc. No. L-00840102

 The regulation promulgated by the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (Commission) in 52 Pa. Code § 53.64(a) (relating to filing requirements for natural gas distributors with gross intrastate annual operating revenues in excess of $40 million) directs the Commission to annually publish a schedule of filing dates for jurisdictional natural gas utilities subject to the procedure of 66 Pa.C.S. § 1307(f) (relating to sliding scale of rates; adjustments) for the recovery of purchased gas costs (PGC).

 The 2024 schedule of § 53.64(a) filing dates is applicable to the listed natural gas distribution companies and city natural gas distribution operation (collectively, natural gas public utilities) as follows:

 February 1, 2024: National Fuel Gas Distribution Corporation

 March 1, 2024: Philadelphia Gas Works

 April 1, 2024: Columbia Gas of Pennsylvania, Inc.; Peoples Natural Gas1 Company, LLC

 June 1, 2024: PECO—Gas Division; UGI Utilities—Gas Division

 The § 53.64(c) prefilings are due 30 days earlier than the listed dates. Each PGC filing under 66 Pa.C.S. § 1307(f) will be addressed at a utility-specific docketnumber to be assigned when the § 53.64(c) prefiling is filed to begin the utility-specific proceeding.
