Service of Notice of Motor Carrier Applications

 The following temporary authority and/or permanent authority applications for the right to render service as a common carrier or contract carrier in this Commonwealth have been filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (Commission). Formal protests, petitions to intervene and answers must be filed in accordance with 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities) on or before July 31, 2023. Filings must be made electronically through eFiling to the Secretary of the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, 400 North Street, Harrisburg, PA 17120, with a copy served on the applicant by July 31, 2023. Individuals can sign up for a free eFiling account with the Secretary of the Commission through the Commission's eFiling system at https://www.puc.pa.gov/efiling/Default.aspx. A protest shall indicate whether it applies to the temporary authority application, the permanent authority application, or both. Protests may only be filed if there is evidence that the applicant lacks fitness. Protests based on endangering or impairing operations of an existing carrier will not be honored. The documents filed in support of the application are only available for inspection through the Commission's web site at www.puc.pa.gov by searching under the listed docket number as follows or by searching the applicant's web site.

Applications of the following for approval to begin operating as common carriers for transportation of persons as described under each application.

A-2023-3037749. G5 Taxi, Inc. (8 Maple Lane, Wilkes-Barre, Luzerne County, PA 18702) to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, persons in call or demand service, from points in Lackawanna and Luzerne Counties, to points in Pennsylvania, and return.

A-2023-3041225. Wordu Enterprise, LLC (1380 Wandering Way, Harrisburg, Dauphin County, PA 17110) in paratransit service, from points in the Counties of Cumberland, Dauphin, Lancaster, Lebanon and York, to points in Pennsylvania, and return.

A-2023-3041232. Priority Safety Travels, LLC (2714 North Dover Street, Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, PA 19132) to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, persons in paratransit service, from points in the City and County of Philadelphia, to points in Pennsylvania, and return.

A-2023-3041253. Philly Safety Rides, LLC (3022 Fairdale Road, Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, PA 19154) for the right to begin to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle in wheelchair and stretcher vans, persons in paratransit service, between points in the City and County of Philadelphia.

A-2023-3041503. Sarah Car Care, Inc. (7147 Lynford Street, Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, PA 19149-1113) to transport, as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, persons in paratransit service, from points in the Counties of Berks, Bucks, Chester, Dauphin, Lancaster, Lehigh, Montgomery, Northampton and York, to points in Pennsylvania, and return.

Application of the following for the approval of the right and privilege to discontinue/abandon operating as common carriers by motor vehicle and for cancellation of the certificate of public convenience as described under the application.

A-2023-3041533. Roadrunner Express, Inc. (11 Depot Street, Youngwood, Westmoreland County, PA 15697) for the discontinuance and cancellation of its right, to transport as a common carrier, by motor vehicle, persons in call or demand service, in the Counties of Allegheny, Butler, Fayette, Washington and Westmoreland, as originally captioned at Docket A-2019-3010367.
