 The Department of Banking and Securities (Department), under the authority in the Banking Code of 1965 (7 P.S. §§ 101—2204), the Department of Banking and Securities Code (71 P.S. §§ 733-1—733-1203) and 17 Pa.C.S. (relating to Credit Union Code), has taken the following actions on applications received for the week ending April 9, 2024.

 Under section 503.E of the Department of Banking and Securities Code (71 P.S. § 733-503.E), any person wishing to comment on the following applications, may file comments in writing with the Department, for Bank Supervision, by e-mail to ra-bnbnksbmssnsppt@pa.gov or for credit unions, by e-mail to ra-bncusubmissions@pa.gov and trust companies, by e-mail to ra-bntrustsuprvsninq@pa.gov. Comments must be received no later than 30 days from the date that the notice regarding acceptance of the application is published in the Pennsylvania Bulletin. The nonconfidential portions of the applications are on file at the Department and are available for public inspection, by appointment only, during regular business hours.
