The initial credit baseline is set at 10,472.8 watercourse credits and 8.8 palustrine wetland credits.

A remedial action completion report is submitted to document cleanup of a release of a regulated substance at a site to the selected remediation standard. A remedial action completion report provides a description of the site investigation to characterize the nature and extent of contaminants in environmental media, the basis of selecting the environmental media of concern, documentation supporting the selection of residential or nonresidential exposure factors, a description of the remediation performed and summaries of sampling methodology and analytical results which demonstrate that the remediation has attained the cleanup standard selected.
DEP may approve or disapprove plans and reports submitted. This notice provides DEP's decision and, if relevant, the basis for disapproval.
