Annual emissions are established at 362 tons PM, 1,207 tons PM10, 5,649 tons SO2, 2,414 tons NOx (as NO2), 121 tons VOC (as propane), 4,829 tons CO, 15.7 tons Pb, 1.25 tons Beryllium, 33.0 tons HF, 161.2 tons HCl, 145 tons H2SO4, and 9.32 lb Mercury.

In addition, condition No. 005 for both Source IDs P101 and P102 has been revised to require the Company to perform an EPA reference method stack test on or before November 30, 2005, to verify compliance with the 95% destruction efficiency requirement of the operating permit. The revised operating permit contains all applicable regulatory requirements including monitoring, recordkeeping and reporting conditions.
