Election by Prime Bank to Exercise Conditional Powers

   Effective on the date of this publication in the Pennsylvania Bulletin, under election by Prime Bank, a savings bank, authorized by section 513(b) of the Banking Code of 1965 (7 P. S. § 513), Prime Bank, a savings bank, is hereby granted the following conditional powers as described by sections 504(b)(xiii), 506(a)(iv)(B) and 506(a)(vi) of the Banking Code of 1965, to be exercised only with the prior written approval of the Department of Banking.
