[26 Pa.B. 1314] A-00111272. Consolidated Rail Corporation. An application has been made to the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, under the provisions of the Public Utility Code. The application requests the approval of the abolition of 16 grade-separated crossings, including 2 overhead crossings and 14 undergrade crossings on the former Morrisville Line between M. P. 45.3 and M. P. 55.7 in Chester County.
An initial hearing upon this proceeding will be held Tuesday, April 9, 1996, at 10 a.m., in an available hearing room, 13th Floor, Philadelphia State Office Building, Broad and Spring Garden Streets, Philadelphia, PA.
