PENNSYLVANIA HIGHER EDUCATION ASSISTANCE AGENCY
PHEAA/Treasury Department--Tuition Account Program
[26 Pa.B. 1456] The Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency (PHEAA) and the Treasury Department are seeking a contractor to help carry out the Statewide marketing and advertising of the Tuition Account Program (TAP). TAP is a prepaid college tuition program that is administered by the Treasury Department. The contractor would also help to generally increase awareness of the need to begin financial planning for higher education when children are at a young age.
The duration of the contract will be 12 months for a dollar amount not to exceed $900,000. Contractors wishing to respond should contact Donna Orris, PHEAA, at (717) 720-2702 or Cynthia Lynch, Treasury Department, at (717) 787-9667 no later than 3 p.m. Wednesday, April 3, 1996.
