[26 Pa.B. 1954] A-123100 F0021. UGI Utilities, Inc. Application of UGI Utilities, Inc., for approval to begin to offer, render, furnish or supply gas utility service to the public in additional territory of Coolbaugh Township, Monroe County, Pennsylvania.
This application may be considered without a hearing. Protests or petitions to intervene can be filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, Harrisburg, with a copy served on the applicant on or before May 6, 1996, under 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities).
