To place fill and regrade along the banks and within the floodway of a 300-foot reach of Hicks Creek, and to place fill in 0.08 acre of wetlands, for the purpose of preparing a site for commercial development. The project is located on the east side of Schooley Avenue (S. R. 1025), approximately 0.5 mile northwest of the intersection of S. R. 0011 and S. To construct and maintain an 8-inch water intake structure in an offstream pond along Paradise Creek to be used as a dry hydrant to provide fire protection at the Caesars Paradise Stream Resort. This project is located on the north side of S. R. 0940 approximately 0.45 mile west of the intersection of S. R. 0940 and S. R. 0390 (Buck Hill Falls, PA Quadrangle N: 0.6 inch; W: 8.5 inches) in Paradise Township, Monroe County.

The site is located in the vicinity and north of the confluence of Hog Run and the Delaware River (Berverly PA-NJ Quadrangle, N: 15.2 inches; W: 1.1 inches) in Bristol Township, Bucks County.

To construct and maintain a twin 48-inch diameter HCMP culvert in and along a tributary to Green Creek (TSF) and adjacent wetlands at station 17+00 for a proposed roadway in the Concord Hunt Subdivision located approximately 2,300 feet southeast from the intersection of Smith Bridge and Kirk Roads (Wilmington North, DEL-PA Quadrangle N: 20.6 inches; W: 1.3 inches) in Concord Township, Delaware County. Also to construct and maintain a 10-foot by 12-foot sewage control building and a 10-foot by 10-foot pump station along the Green Creek 100-year floodway.
