   A-123100 F0022.  UGI Utilities, Inc. Application of UGI Utilities, Inc., for approval to begin to offer, render, furnish or supply gas utility service to the public in the additional territories of Cornwall Borough and West Cornwall Township, Lebanon County, Pennsylvania.

   This application may be considered without a hearing. Answers or intervention can be filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, Harrisburg, with a copy served on the applicant on or before June 17, 1996, under 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities).
