   Dallas Miller's Service Station; Underground Storage Tank Indemnification Fund 95-225; Doc. No. UT95-12-006

   A formal administrative hearing will be held on September 11, 1996, at 9:30 a.m. at the Administrative Hearing Office, Room 200, 901 North Seventh Street, Harrisburg, PA 17102.

   The hearing will be held in accordance with 2 Pa. Code §§ 501--508 and 701--704 (relating to the Administrative Agency Law); 1 Pa. Code §§ 31.1--35.193 and §§ 35.225--35.251 (relating to General Rules of Administrative Practice and Procedure); 31 Pa. Code §§ 56.1--56.3 (relating to Special Rules of Administrative Practice and Procedure); and any other relevant procedural provisions of law.

   Discover must be completed by June 29, 1996. However, the parties may take deposition testimony for use at the hearing after that date.

   The parties may file motions and/or briefs relevant to the hearing, including motions in limine and briefs addressing significant or unusual points of law in advance of the hearing. However, such motions and/or briefs must be filed in writing with the Docket Clerk, Insurance Department, 901 North Seventh Street, Harrisburg, PA 17102 on or before August 30, 1996.
