   A-212240F2000. Palmer Shores Water Company. Application for approval of the abandonment or discontinuance of water service in a portion of Fairview Township, Erie County, PA consisting of an area in the vicinity of Melhorn Road, 1/2 mile west of the intersection of Route 98 and Route 5.

   This application may be considered without a hearing. Protests or petitions to intervene can be filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, Harrisburg, with a copy served on the applicant on or before June 24, 1996, under 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities).
