   A-212285F0031.  Pennsylvania-American Water Company. Application of Pennsylvania-American Water Company for approval of the right to offer, render, furnish or supply water service to the public in an additional portion of Newberry Township, York County.

   This application may be considered without a hearing. Answers or intervention can be filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, Harrisburg, with a copy served on the applicant on or before August 5, 1996, under 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities).
