PENNSYLVANIA HIGHER EDUCATION ASSISTANCE AGENCY

Request for Contractor

   The Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency (PHEAA) is seeking to engage an independent project management professional to provide expert assistance in monitoring the planning, design and development effort, and conversion to a new data processing system to support its guaranty processing under the Federal Family Education Loan Program (FFELP). The decision has been made to use LAN-based development and the project is expected to take 2 to 3 years.

   Contractors wishing to respond should contact Donna Orris, PHEAA at (717) 720-2702 no later than 3 p.m. Wednesday, October 9, 1996.
