   A-120650F0003.  PFG Gas, Inc. Application has been made to the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, under the provisions of the Public Utility Code, by PFG Gas, Inc. for approval of the right to begin to offer, render, furnish or supply gas service to the public in additional territory in Upper Mahantango and Hubley townships, Schuylkill County.

   This application may be considered by the Commission without a hearing. Protests or petitions to intervene may, however, be filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, Harrisburg, with a copy served upon applicant on or before October 21, 1996, under 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities).
