[26 Pa.B. 5205] We have audited the balance sheet of the Port of Pittsburgh Commission Special Revenue Fund (Commission), a component unit of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, as of June 30, 1996 and 1995, and the related statements of revenues, expenditures and changes in fund balance for the years then ended (not presented herein). In our report dated August 23, 1996, we expressed an unqualified opinion on the financial statements.
As described on the following schedule, this summary financial information of the Commission as of and for the years ended June 30, 1996 and 1995 is not a presentation in conformity with generally accepted accounting principles. In our opinion, however, the accompanying summary financial information is fairly stated, in all material respects, in relation to the statements from which it has been derived.
