Capital Blue Cross; Optional Prescription Drug Riders to the 65-Special Agreement; Filing No. 96-W

   By filing no. 96-W, Capital Blue Cross submits for the Insurance Department's approval two optional Prescription Drug Riders to the 65-Special Agreement. These optional riders will be offered to Community-Rated Groups only.

   Copies of the filing are available for public inspection during normal working hours, by appointment, at the Insurance Department's offices in Harrisburg.

   Interested parties are invited to submit written comments, suggestions or objections, to Bharat Patel, Insurance Department, Office of Rate and Policy Regulation, Bureau of Accident and Health Insurance, Actuarial Review Division, 1311 Strawberry Square, Harrisburg, PA 17120, within 30 days of publication of this notice in the Pennsylvaia Bulletin
