Contemplated Sale of Land No Longer Needed for Transportation Purposes
[27 Pa.B. 1406] The Department of Transportation, under 71 P. S. § 513(e)(7), intends to sell certain land owned by the Department.
The following is a list of properties available for sale by the Department.
1. Parcel B--City of McKeesport, Allegheny County. This parcel contains 13.53+ acres of unimproved land situated along S. R. 0048 in the City of McKeesport. Minimum price, $8,100.
2. Parcel D--White Oak Borough, Allegheny County. This parcel contains 2.83+ acres of unimproved land situated along Lincoln Way in the Borough of White Oak. Minimum price $24,700.
3. Parcel I--White Oak Borough, Allegheny County. This parcel contains 2.43+ acres of unimproved land situated along Lincoln Way in the Borough of White Oak. Minimum price of $24,350.
It has been determined that the land is no longer needed for present or future transportation purposes.
Interested public entities are invited to express their interest in purchasing the site within 30-calendar days from the date of publication of this notice to Henry M. Nutbrown, P.E., District Engineer, Department of Transportation, Engineering District 11-0, 45 Thoms Run Road, Bridgeville, PA 15017.
