LIQUOR CONTROL BOARD

Expiration of Leases

   The following Liquor Control Board lease will expire:

Lehigh County, Wine and Spirits Shoppe #3910, Parkway Shopping Center, 1529 Lehigh Street, Allentown, PA 18103-3813.

Lease retail commercial space to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Proposals are invited to provide the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board with approximately 3,000 net useable square feet of new or existing retail commercial space within 1 mile of the intersection of Lehigh and Jefferson Streets, Allentown.

Proposals due: May 16, 1997, at 12 noon
