Request for Proposal; Pennsylvania Employees Benefit Trust Fund

   Contract Information Description: The Pennsylvania Employees Benefit Trust Fund is seeking a contractor to provide retail and/or mail order prescription drug benefit services to approximately 90,000 active employes, 50,000 retirees and covered dependents. Services will be implemented January 1, 1998. To learn more about the services required or obtain detailed requirements of the Request for Proposal, contact Thomas S. Tomczyk at (412) 355-7201 by May 5, 1997.

   Request for Proposal coordinator is William M. Mercer, Inc., One Mellon Bank Center, Suite 4200, 500 Grant Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15219.

   Duration of Contract and/or Purchase Requisition: January 1, 1998, through December 31, 2000, with renewal option.

   Estimated Dollar Amount of Contract and/or Purchase Requisition: Over $500,000.
