   A-230240F0002.  Little Washington Wastewater Company and Peddler's View Utility Company, Inc. Application of Little Washington Wastewater Company and Peddler's View Utility Company, Inc. for the transfer, by sale, of the wastewater system assets of Peddler's View Utility Company, Inc. to Little Washington Wastewater Company.

   This application may be considered without a hearing. Protests or petitions to intervene can be filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, Harrisburg, with a copy served on the applicant on or before July 7, 1997, under 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities).
