[27 Pa.B. 3478] A-00111246. Consolidated Rail Corporation. An application has been made to the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (Commission), under the provisions of the Public Utility Code, requesting that the Commission approve the abolition of four rail/highway crossings including two at-grade crossings and two below grade crossings on the former Cedar Hollow Industrial Track, MP 0.0 to MP 1.95 in Tredyffrin Township, Chester County.
A public hearing upon this proceeding will be held Thursday, August 26, 1997, at 10 a.m. in an available hearing room, Philadelphia State Office Building, Broad and Spring Garden Streets, Philadelphia, PA, when and where persons in interest may appear and be heard, if they so desire.
