[27 Pa.B. 366] The Legislative Reference Bureau accepted the following documents during the preceding calendar month for filing without publication under 1 Pa. Code § 3.13(b) (relating to contents of Bulletin). The Bureau will continue to publish on a monthly basis either a summary table identifying the documents accepted during the preceding calendar month under this subsection or a statement that no such documents have been received. Resolution #CB-96-326, Dated December 17, 1996. Collective Bargaining Agreement between the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the United Plant Guard Workers of America, Security Rank and File Unit (R1)--175 employes.
Resolution #CB-96-327, Dated December 17, 1996. The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania entered into a side letter of agreement with the American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees. This agreement stipulates the method for calculating promotions and demotions between the Corrections Officer/Forensic Security Employe Pay Schedule (Schedule H) and Corrections Officer/Forensic Security Employe Pay Schedule (Schedule K), and dissimilar pay schedules.
Resolution #CB-96-337, Dated December 20, 1996. The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania entered into a side letter with the Pennsylvania Association of State Mental Hospital Physicians Union to extend ''oncall'' payments.
