   36-5014A:  The Department intends to issue an Air Quality Operating Permit to Alumax Mill Products, Inc. (P. O. Box 3167, Lancaster, PA 17604) for 11 annealing furnaces controlled by two mist eliminator systems in Manheim Township, Lancaster County.

   38-310-017B:  The Department intends to issue an Air Quality Operating Permit to Carmeuse Pennsylvania, Inc. (P. O. The Rynone Sayre Plant is located in Sayre Borough, Bradford County. Title V Operating Permit

Permit No. TV-22-05014

   The Department of Environmental Protection (Department) intends to issue a Title V Operating Permit to True Temper Hardware Company for the Harrisburg Plant located in Harrisburg City, Dauphin County. The Title V Operating Permit is required under 25 Pa. Code, Chapter 127, Subchapter G for major stationary sources.

   An appointment to review the application and other pertinent documents at the Southcentral Regional Office may be scheduled by contacting Mary DiSanto at (717) 541-5018 between 8 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, except holidays.

Title V Operating Permit No. 53-00001

   Under 25 Pa. Code § 127.521, the Department of Environmental Protection (Department) intends to issue a Title V Operating Permit to the Tennessee Gas Pipeline Company for the 313 Coudersport compressor station. The Coudersport (313) compressor station is located in Hebron Township, Potter County. The Tennessee Gas Pipeline representative to contact regarding this application is Patty Miller, Manager of Environmental Operations, Tennessee Gas Pipeline Company, P. O.    The Coudersport (313) compressor station is primarily used for the distribution of natural gas. As a result of the carbon monoxide and nitrogen oxides emitted, Couders- port (313) is a major stationary source as defined in Title I, Part D of the Clean Air Act Amendments. The facility is therefore subject to the Title V permitting requirements adopted in 25 Pa. Code, Chapter 127, Subchapter G.
