Permit No. TV-22-05014 The Department of Environmental Protection (Department) intends to issue a Title V Operating Permit to True Temper Hardware Company for the Harrisburg Plant located in Harrisburg City, Dauphin County. The Title V Operating Permit is required under 25 Pa. Code, Chapter 127, Subchapter G for major stationary sources.

Title V Operating Permit No. 53-00001 Under 25 Pa. Code § 127.521, the Department of Environmental Protection (Department) intends to issue a Title V Operating Permit to the Tennessee Gas Pipeline Company for the 313 Coudersport compressor station. The Coudersport (313) compressor station is located in Hebron Township, Potter County. The Coudersport (313) compressor station is primarily used for the distribution of natural gas. As a result of the carbon monoxide and nitrogen oxides emitted, Couders- port (313) is a major stationary source as defined in Title I, Part D of the Clean Air Act Amendments. The facility is therefore subject to the Title V permitting requirements adopted in 25 Pa. Code, Chapter 127, Subchapter G.
