   The Legislative Reference Bureau accepted the following documents during the preceding calendar month for filing without publication under 1 Pa. Code § 3.13(b) (relating to contents of Bulletin). The Bureau will continue to publish on a monthly basis either a summary table identifying the documents accepted during the preceding calendar month under this subsection or a statement that no such documents have been received. Executive Board

   Resolution #CB-97-195, Dated, August 6, 1997. The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania entered into a side letter of agreement with the American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees, AFL-CIO, Game Commission Act 111 bargaining unit; providing for a two pay step adjustment for five employes listed on the agreement.

   Resolution #CB-97-196, Dated, August 6, 1997 The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania entered into a Collective Bargaining Agreement with the Fraternal Order of Police Conference of Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board Lodges. This agreement encompasses approximately 170 employes in the K4 rank and file unit certified by the Pennsylvania Labor Relations Board, PERA No. R-1083-C. Section 23.1 of Management Directive 505.7, Personnel Rules, provides that when the provisions of Collective Bargaining Agreement are approved by the Executive Board, those provisions shall take precedence over the Personnel Rules insofar as they apply to employes encompassed by the agreement.
