To construct and maintain a 2 or 3-inch diameter PVC pipe outfall from a small flow sewage treatment facility and natural stone rip rap along the east bank of the Allegheny River approximately 200 feet west of the intersection of S. R. 62 and S. R. 337 (Tidioute, PA Quadrangle N: 10.0 inches; W: 5.5 inches) located in Limestone Township, Warren County. This permit was issued under section 105.13(e) Small Projects. This permit also includes 401 Water Quality Certification.
