Agricultural Research Project Contractors

   The Department of Agriculture is soliciting names of research institutions who have an interest in conducting agricultural research during the period July 1, 1998 to June 30, 1999, and beyond. Institutions which respond will be provided with a preproposal format and a list of topical research areas. The Department of Agriculture, through a selection process, will decide which projects are to be placed under contract.
