Without Hearing
[27 Pa.B. 6026] A-220006; A-220006 F0002; A-230510 F2000. Westtown Township. Application of Westtown Township for approval of 1) The right to operate the Westtown Water Treatment Company, d/b/a Westtown Sewer Company and to provide service outside the municipal boundaries; 2) approval of the transfer to the township of all tangible or intangible property used or useful in the public service from the Westtown Water Treatment Company, d/b/a Westtown Sewer Company; and 3) approval of Westtown Water Treatment Company, d/b/a Westtown Sewer Company, to abandon and discontinue service, to coincide with Westtown Township's simultaneous commencement of service.
This application may be considered without a hearing. Protests or petitions to intervene can be filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, Harrisburg, with a copy served on the applicant on or before Decem-ber 1, 1997, under 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities).
