Availability of the FY 1998 Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program State Plan
[27 Pa.B. 6280] The Department of Public Welfare is making available to the public The 1998 Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program State Plan. This document describes how the Department plans to use block grant funds provided under the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Act, Title XXVI of the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1981, Pub. L. 97-35, 42 U.S.C.A. § 8621 et seq., as amended, during the 1997-98 program year.
Copies of the State Plan are available for all interested individuals and groups at County Assistance Offices, or upon written request to Nancy Poindexter, Acting Director, Division of Food Stamps and LIHEAP, DPW Building Complex No. 2, Room 224 Willow Oak Building No. 42, Harrisburg, PA 17105.
