   A-130175 F5000.  Harrisburg Steam Works, Ltd. Application of Harrisburg Steam Works, Ltd., for authorization to transfer its stock to Atlantic Thermal Systems, Inc., and Eastern Power Corporation.

   This application may be considered without a hearing. Protests or petitions to intervene can be filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, Harrisburg, with a copy served on the applicant on or before February 1, 1997, under 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities).
