Pennsylvania Compensation Rating Bureau; Pennsylvania ''F'' Classification Rate Filing
[27 Pa.B. 975] On February 5, 1997, the Insurance Department received from the Pennsylvania Compensation Rating Bureau a filing for rate changes in Workers' Compensation ''F'' Classifications to be effective April 1, 1997.
The filing proposes an overall average increase in rates applicable to United States Longshore and Harborworkers coverage of 124.27%. Proposed rate increases for specific classifications range from a low of 108.6% to a high of 133% and were derived based on Pennsylvania experience.
Copies of the filing are available for public inspection during normal working hours, by appointment, at the Insurance Department's offices in Harrisburg, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh and Erie.
Interested parties are invited to submit written comments, suggestions or objections to Guo Harrison, Insurance Department, Office of Rate and Policy Regulation, Bureau of Property and Casualty Insurance, Actuarial Review Division, 1311 Strawberry Square, Harrisburg, PA 17120, within 30 days of publication of this notice in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
