Order Per Curiam:
And Now, this 18th day of February, 1998, it is hereby Ordered:
1. That the Ex Parte Application for Substitution of Party is granted, and Harold T. Duryes, Rehabilitator, is substituted as Petitioner for the party P.I.E. Mutual Insurance Company.
2. That this court's order of January 23, 1998, is hereby vacated.
3. That there is in effect a stay of proceedings for ninety (90) days in any and all cases in which a P.I.E. Mutual Insurance Company insured is being represented in proceedings pending in Courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, which list of cases is attached as Exhibit ''D'' to Petitioner's Application for Extraordinary Relief filed with this court on December 30, 1997 (''Petitioner's Application'').
4. That Petitioner's Application, Petitioner's Motion for Reconsideration and this Order granting the stay be served by Petitioner upon all unrepresented parties and counsel of record in accordance with the list attached as Exhibit ''D'' to Petitioner's Application, and by means of publication in the Pennsylvania Law Weekly, Pennsylvania Bulletin, and The Legal Intelligencer, and upon the clerks of all courts in which any of these matters are pending.
5. That any party aggrieved by this order may petition this court for special relief within twenty (20) days of the serving of this Order upon them.
