   A-310213 F0006 and A-310258 F0004.  AT&T Corporation and Teleport Communications Group, Inc. Joint Application of AT&T Corporation and Teleport Communications Group, Inc., for approval of Agreement and Plan of Merger whereby control of Teleport Communications Group, Inc., will be transferred to AT&T Corporation.

   This application may be considered without a hearing. Protests or petitions to intervene can be filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, P. O. Box 3265, Harrisburg, PA 17105-3265, with a copy served on theapplicant on or before March 24, 1998, under 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities).
