   A-110550 F0139. Peco Energy Company. Application of Peco Energy Company for a finding of necessity for the situation of a combined warehouse/office/testing laboratory and attendant outside storage on a site in Tredyffrin Township, Chester County, PA.

   This application may be considered without a hearing. Protests or petitions to intervene can be filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, P. O. Box 3265, Harrisburg, PA 17105-3265, with a copy served on the applicant on or before April 20, 1998, under 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities).
