Notice to Contractors; Request for Proposal

   The State System of Higher Education is seeking interested qualified consultants to provide consulting services to develop an effective energy strategy for theprocurement of energy in a deregulated environment at 14 universities and the Dixon University Center. Interested qualified firms may obtain a copy of the request for proposal (RFP) from Rebecca Meacham; Construction Support Office; Dixon University Center; 2986 North Second Street; Harrisburg, PA 17110. Requests may be faxed to Rebecca Meacham, at (717) 720-4013. Responses to the RFP are due by 5 p.m., Wednesday, June 17, 1998.
